Do you have a passion for technical installations involving hardware, IT infrastructure, software configuration and calibration?

What you will do
  • Work directly with our technical project managers to understand and confirm project requirements
  • Carry out end-to-end, high quality installations of PuttView systems nationwide, incl. putting green, projector, PC, network equipment, wiring
  • Configure and calibrate PuttView software on site or remotely, ensuring the system performance confirms with our strict high quality standards
  • Ensure positive relations with customers and coworkers, continuously show a service
    oriented attitude customers expect for a high end product
  • Support our customers remotely through email, phone, and TeamViewer when not working on site
  • Support our Operations team where needed to help the PuttView business grow
  • Establish best practices and innovative concepts to continuously improve installation processes and ensure quality
What you will bring
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to use all hand tools needed to securing and terminating wires/cables
  • Solid understanding of basic AV and PC components
  • Good communication skills through email, phone and in person
  • Passion, drive and excellent work ethic as well as the ability to carry out and start projects without direct supervision
  • Ability to travel nationwide; approximately 80% travel
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Vocational education or a degree in engineering as well as basic knowledge of golf and putting is a plus
